So I've been working on this website, portfolio and resume to run into some major issues. I'm not sure on how to put all of my experience and knowledge down on paper. I'm able to verbalize it fairly easily, and I feel like the conversations go better, than it sounds when it's written down.
I had the good fortune of catching up with a long time friend and mentor a few weeks back, we sat and ate brunch discussing my background. I had asked him to write me a letter of recommendation, so I can add it to my LinkedIn, as well as have it for when I'm applying for jobs. He said he was running into the same issue. He called me a bit of an anomoly where I have such a variety of experience in our industry working both on the front end and the back end that my diversity fits in so many different places.
I'm not sure if that has hurt me or helped me. There are so many people that I know that have worked only in one facit, and have become very great at what they do.
Working thorugh all of this has got my gears turning...
